Do I have additional costs if I register?

No, you only have to pay for the movies you want to watch – only once!! If you decide to pay by credit card you will find a discrete general information about www.nettainment.at on your bank statements.
Why do I download the files as ZIP files?

A ZIP file can be downloaded easier and you can be sure to have gotten the entire movie. Unzipped you might find out that you haven’t gotten the entire film watching it. Nobody wants that!
The file on my hard disk is bigger/smaller than the product information says – why?

The information shown there are approximate values and can be different sometimes (± 1MB), depending on type of filesystem and way of transferring. As long as you can unpack the archive the file has been transferred completely.
What am I going to do with the ZIP file?

Lots of modern operating systems, e.g. Windows Vista or XP, can unpack these files. On our page >> Download Players you find programs you can use for unpacking all type of ZIP files, not only for our’s.
How can I pay for these movies?

At the moment we offer InetCash for payments. With InetCash you can choose if you want to pay by credit card, direct debit or a different way.
Why I get a discount of 1 Euro?

Our payment provider (InetCash) charges an additional fee of 1€ for payment with credit card or bank transfer. Though we don't like that you see this additional fee at checkout only, we'll grant you a discount of 1€ in the shopping cart, so you don't pay more but just the price of your films.

How often can I watch a movie I bought?

You can save the movies on your hard disk, on USB stick or any other storage system and watch them as often as you want.
How can I watch these movies on my computer?

You need a software being able playing the type of video format the films have. You can find the information about the type of the format within the description about the movie and you can find appropriate players here: >> Download Players.
How often can I download these movies and audio books?

You can download the movies 3 times within 5 days. You only have to log in in your customer account and looking at “My Orders” you see all your orders.

What are you going to do with my private data? Am I going to get spam mails?

I received a code for a voucher – what am I going to do with it?

Go to “Shopping Cart” - there you find an input field for a voucher code. Click on “Reddem”, “Checkout” and the value of your voucher will reduce the amount of your order. If the value is below the value of your order you have to balance the difference.
